Due to the amount of logistics, care, and non-refundable deposits that go into planning the largest hypnosis conference, we have the following policies in place.​

Participant Refund Policy:
 • Conference registration and/or workshop registration may be canceled with full refund (less a 10% processing fee) provided written notification is received prior to February 1, 2025.
• Cancellation after February 1st & before May 14th, refund permitted minus 25% processing fee.
• Cancellation after May 14th & before July 1st, refund permitted minus 50% processing fee
• Due to financial obligations incurred by Hypnothoughts Live, no refunds will be granted after July 1, 2025.
• In the case of an emergency, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the leadership team following the conference.
• No-shows cannot be issued a refund, as contractual agreements have been met and paid to the venue based on attendance.

• Force Majeure: Hypnothoughts Live will not be held responsible for any costs or damages incurred due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
• Review and Acknowledgment: By registering for our event, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
• Note to please allow one complete billing cycle before refunds appear on your credit card statement.

All attendees will sign and agree to the 2025 HypnoThoughts LIVE Code of Conduct.
